At Backyard Body, all sales of wooden parallettes are final.We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

2. No Returns Policy

All wooden parallettes sold by Backyard Body are non-returnable.Returns will not be accepted for reasons including (but not limited to):

-Change of mind

-Incorrect expectations

-Personal preference

-Incorrect usage

-Normal wear and tear

 

3. Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Products (Only Exception)

We offer replacement only (not refunds) if:The product arrives damaged, or You receive an incorrect item

Conditions:

-You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

-You must provide clear photos or videos of:The product ,The original packaging

-Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

4. No Refunds on Shipping or Payments

Shipping is free, but still non-refundablePayment processing fees, if any, are non-refundableRefunds will not be issued even if the product is unused.
